West Michigan Works! conducts an annual talent survey to help workforce development teams and employers better understand the current state of the job market and workforce pool in Michigan.
The survey is designed to gather feedback from unemployed and underemployed adults regarding perceptions of employment status, if they are actively looking for work, what barriers they face, and what resources would help job seekers overall.
With each year’s results, we look for innovative solutions with our partners to help job seekers address their concerns and overcome their barriers — creating a qualified workforce that meets our region’s current and future talent needs.
