Nicole received a bachelor’s degree in health care systems administration from Ferris State University and spent 15 years working in the health care industry. More recent endeavors include retail management and beginning a career in workforce development here at West Michigan Works!. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, her children, and all things creative. Nicole has a passion for serving others and experiencing new things.
