Jordan Clark is currently the Director of Compensation & HRIS at Meijer.
During his nine-year tenure with Meijer he has held various leadership roles across Human Resources including leadership of all HR activity for Meijer stores in West and Northern Michigan encompassing all of the West Michigan Works! counties. Now as the leader of Compensation & HRIS, he oversees all compensation programs for the entire enterprise of 70,000 team members and the systems they interact with. Jordan’s passion for developing talent in our region can be traced to him being born and raised in West Michigan.
