– Schreiber Foods, whose Child Care Assistance Program supports eligible partners by covering 50% of qualifying childcare expenses each month—helping ensure families can access quality care while reducing financial strain.
– Outdoor Discovery Center, who helped Gentex Corporation launch a nature-based preschool for employees’ families—a creative response to ongoing childcare challenges in the Zeeland area and a powerful example of employer-led innovation.
– Wolverine Coil Spring, whose participation in the MI Tri-Share program, a cost-sharing model that splits childcare expenses between the employer, the employee, and the State of Michigan, makes quality child care more affordable and accessible for working families.
